Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for account credentials, workspace users and activity under your account.
The service
SyncWABA provides configurable WhatsApp customer automation, business knowledge, AI assistance, CRM context, meeting workflows and related tools. Features may depend on connected providers, configuration, permissions and technical availability.
Client Automation and Self AI
Client Automation uses the configured SyncWABA business workflow. Self AI is separate and uses an unofficial WhatsApp Linked Devices connection. It is not an official WhatsApp Business Platform integration and may be logged out, restricted or affected by WhatsApp changes.
Acceptable use
You must not send spam or unlawful content, misuse personal data, impersonate others, bypass security, interfere with the service or violate provider terms. You are responsible for customer notices, consent and messaging permissions.
AI output and human review
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must configure approved knowledge and handoff rules, test workflows and review important outputs. You remain responsible for messages, promises, decisions and actions made through your workspace.
Third-party services
The service may connect with SyncWABA, WhatsApp, Google, OpenAI, email, hosting and database providers. Their terms, limits and availability also apply. SyncWABA does not control provider outages, account restrictions or policy decisions.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit and grant SyncWABA a limited right to process it to provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have the required rights and lawful basis. SyncWABA software, branding and documentation remain protected intellectual property.
Availability, fees and suspension
We may update, limit or discontinue features and suspend access for security risk, legal requirements or breach of these Terms. Paid-plan terms, taxes, renewal and refunds will be disclosed before purchase or in a separate order. Third-party charges may apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. SyncWABA is not responsible for indirect loss, provider restrictions or decisions based on unreviewed AI output. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and governing law
You may stop using the service and request account closure. Disconnecting may not delete items already created with a third party. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory rights in your location. Updated Terms will show a revised effective date.
